Qualifications:

• 4 Year Degree Required
• Experience working with At-Risk Youth, preferred
• Ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and members of the business community

Reports To: Principal Job Goal

To assist in identifying and providing services to at-risk students

Performance Responsibilities

• Manage Flexible Learning Lab using Edgenuity to provide instructional content to students.
• Assist in the development and implementation of attendance interventions.
• Coordinate the after school program @ YCHS
• Work with Work-Based Learning Coordinator to provide Work Skill training
• Assist in planning/leading Parent University events at YCHS
• Coordinate the summer bridge program (this is included in salary)
• Schedule meetings and keep notes from Planning/Advisory Council
• Implement Work Smart Program
• Research strategies and lead planning efforts for attendance improvement and truancy prevention activities

Terms of Employment:

Grant funded, renewable up to 3 years contingent upon availability of grant funds.

Evaluation:

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
